Tallow Wonders

Tallow! What an amazing thing to have for our skin - and candles! You may be wondering what tallow is.. well, it is what you call the kidney fat (suet or leaf fat) after it has been rendered down. It turn snowy white and is packed full of vitamins beneficial for the health of our skin. This type of fat is also used for candles because when it cools it hardens perfectly. Therapeutic grade essential oils have been added to the balm and candles to give you a moisturizer and candle free of toxins.
