Shipping policy

All items are made to order to ensure freshness of products. They will be made and shipped within 3-5 days, not counting the delivery time. If an item is damaged or broken during shipment we require pictures of the box and the item in the box within 24 hours of opening. If the item has been damaged a new item will be sent.  If it is outside this window we will not refund or send new item.
